RAYNOR NATUROPATHIC MASSAGE THERAPY
Raynor Naturopathic Massage (RNM) is a holistic system of full body deep tissue Massage.
It draws in part from Ayurvedic Massage, Traditional Chinese Medicine & Massage, Reflexology, Shiatsu and Yoga breath work.
RNM emphasizes the importance of Head, Hand and Foot massage, as anchor points for residual tensions throughout then body.
I work with each client to find the right level of effective pressure. This will be different for each client and time.
The Goal of Raynor Naturopathic Massage (RNM) is to return the body to its’ natural state of relaxation. The word “relax” literally means to bring back to a state of looseness. “Re” means to bring back to and “lax” means loose, whereby Raynor massage is a form of deep relaxation massage.
RNM includes massage therapy on parts of the body that are often neglected by the regular Spa style soft massage offerings: It Includes abdomen, sacrum, hips, feet, hands and head. These areas tend to hold stagnation and blockage of the life force and freeing them up will generally be of great benefit, not just to the areas concerned, but to the whole Being.

I provide a peaceful warm studio maintained at an ambient temperature of 22C, in a quiet area of Leeds, dedicated to remove tension and stress from both the body and mind, sharing the results of my 40 years of meditation practice with you , and helping you re-connect to your natural blissful state of Being, through Naturopathic message therapy.
